Friendly, Professional, ReliableI had a 200kg fire place and accessories that needed picking up from a store and be delivered to my home. Christine answered the phone and asked all the right questions (you'd be surprised how many "Clowns" think they could make a quick buck, delivering a 200kg fireplace by themselves, completely underestimating the task).Christine managed to fit in the delivery three days later. The team arrived, unloaded, unpacked and helped me to put the fireplace in the right position, ready for the installer. All was dealt with due care and professionalism so not to damage the floor boards, walls or the fireplace in the process and all at a very good price. On the day of delivery, Christine kept me informed of the progress and all was sorted in no time and in the afternoon Christine called again to check that all went well.I'm a bit of a perfectionist and don't say this often, but based on my experience today, I can highly recommend this comapny and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.Thank you very much Christine and Team!!

Could not fault this company, called in a panic on a Saturday to organise removals from my business warehouse to 3 drop offs. Booked in for 3 days later, turned up on time, friendly, courteous, efficient and took a huge weight off my shoulders. Would recommend this company to anyone, thankyou Christine and your crew.

We are incredibly happy with the service we received from Eastern Suburbs Removals. The guys were incredibly friendly and took excellent care of our furniture as well as walls and doors in both homes. They were also quick to help us pull furniture apart and were happy to move things from one room to another as we made up or mind about positioning etc. Would definitely recommend!

I had Eastern Suburbs Removals help me out with moving and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcomes. From the first phone call with Christine, who carefully explained all charges and what to expect, to the actual removal day with Mitch and Michael. These guys were efficient, careful and "went-the-extra-mile" with a few difficult-to-move items. They arrived within their specified time and worked quickly to help minimise my costs. The final cost was very reasonably priced for an excellent job. I would recommend this company unreservedly.

Excellent service plus a really helpful and efficient team helped us move. We had two pick up points and a pretty disorganised storage unit and they were fantastic throughout. Took everything we asked for and did it all very quickly.Took the time to ensure all our items were placed where we wanted them in the new house and even rearranged a few things we decided were put in the wrong place.Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone moving house.

Efficient, Professional, fitted me in at short notice. Their guys don't mess around, they go flat out until its done. What you want when your paying hourly, they sent three guys and a big truck for a relatively small job to make sure it was done in the minimum 3hr booking. They may not be the cheapest around, but certainly the best. I've heard horror stories of cheap places with two guys and a small truck taking 8-12 hours, arguing with the customer, damaging the house and refusing to carry certain items upstairs and generally taking as long as possible. You'll end up paying more so save yourself the hassle and use these guys

Could not recommend Eastern Suburbs Removals more highly. The guys turned up promptly and set about it like absolute pros. When we arrived at our new place we were forced to wait as a lesser removals company held us up as they packed up and vacated our new place. So glad we got the best.

Professional, fast and awesome. We had the second booking for the day and I was worried they wouldn't turn up. Instead, they rang mid morning to keep up updated and ended up sending 2 trucks. They smashed (no damage though) through the move, much faster than I thought possible. Priced really well too. Highly recommend

Had requested a quote, received an email to say I would be contacted within 24 hrs, & it was well over a week before I wasIt was explained that they had been very busy & appologied for the delay. The quote was good & they seem very professional. Our move is mid March, but they seem very willing to help & make the move seamless for us

Guys were fantastic. They got here early, planned out how to approach the job, worked really hard and got the whole thing done in an very efficient manner. Further to that they were genuinely nice guys and good for a laugh. It was hands down the easiest move we have done, and we’ve had some shockers. Highly Recommended Easter Suburbs Removalists thx!

eastern suburbs removals surpassed my expectations with the professional service that I got form start to finish with my house move. The team arrived early and started straight away with care and efficacy, making what could have been a highly stressful day very easy and enjoyable.Do yourself a favour and use these guys if you need a bondi or sydney removalist I can not recommend them highly enough.

I ordered boxes and packing paper, which did not get delivered on the day agreed. I attempted communication by email, which was not responded to. They eventually turned up, with apologies. After a shaky start, I was a little concerned about the actual move. But no issues there. The men and truck arrived as planned. They tackled our 3 bedroom house move in an efficient and planned manner. They were friendly and helpful, moving all our furniture and boxes, including our piano carefully and safely and were willing to rearrange furniture when we changed our mind about placement. It was an exhausting, stressful day, made easier by the professionalism and knowledge of the guys. I would recommend.

I booked ESR at the last moment after the company I had booked three weeks prior bailed on the appointment the day before they were due to come. Despite the lack of notice they were more than accommodating.The team arrived bang on time the next morning and set to work immediately threading their truck up my challenging driveway without incident.All of my furniture made it out of the house and into the truck without incident, and not a single thing was damaged in the process, including any of that Scandinavian flat-pack furniture that likes to distort or fall apart when you so much as look at it.At the destination the team wasted no time assessing the best way to move everything in, and from that point it was like magic. The furniture basically began defying gravity (these guys were unreal, seriously).Even after a second team arrived to assist with the larger items up to a 3rd floor via stairs, the teamwork and communication between them as they squeezed everything in really came together to get the job done in the new house. Again, not a single thing was damaged at all in the process.I couldn't recommend Eastern Suburbs Removals any more. Sure, you might be able to save some money getting a couple of guys off Gumtree who rock up late in an unregistered truck covered in graffiti to move your stuff, but if you place value on your time, belongings and the condition of the homes you're leaving and moving into, ESR can't be beaten.Thanks again to Archie and the crew that moved me at such late notice - it made a massive difference to the entire moving experience.

We used Easter Suburbs Removals to move from Eastern Melbourne to Country Victoria and can't rave enough about them. They turned up on time and contacted us a few days before the move to make sure we were ready.They handled everything with care, no damages at all. They had plenty of thick blankets to wrap things where needed. They were so quick and efficient. Johno was the coordinator of the team and he packed everything neatly and safely into the truck. The whole team were polite and very obliging. Nothing couldn't be achieved.Once packed they wasted no time in getting to the unloading point. They were faster than me in a car with a trailer. Luckily my wife was at the other end waiting for them.If you need a good reliable mover, I would highly recommend Eastern Suburbs Removals.
